Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects including system development, solution evaluation, planning, budgeting and implementation Handle Back Office and Front Office Project
• Provide technical advice and continuous improvement suggestions to business and operation
• Responsible for the entire system development life cycle
• Prepare FRS and TDS documentation
• Liaise and work together with internal users and vendors

Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of working experience in system development
• Competent knowledge in handling projects and collecting user requirements
• Good knowledge in Stock Market Products
• Experienced in implementing enterprise-scale IT system
• Knowledge of C# or Java Programming Skill, Crystal Report, Socket Programming, Web Service design, MVC design, REST API, MS SQL
