Reporting to the Human Resources Head, you will lead a small HK based HR Team and in conjunction with regional offices’ HR colleagues to render HR generalist support to 800 full time and 300 seasonal hires in various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all HR deliverables to internal customers including but not limited to rewards & recognition programs, payroll, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, performance management, training and career development, reporting and analytics, HR information system, legislative compliance, etc.;
  • Support all HR projects and annual exercises including manpower planning, budgeting, salary review;
  • Be accountable for organizational compliance and laws and regulations in supporting locations pertaining to all human resources matters, such as employment legislation, payroll, tax, etc.;
  • Manage annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc..;
  • Keep abreast with and provide the company with HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, HR management system technologies; and
  • Promote caring corporate culture to enhance corporate cohesion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, human resources background is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with 2 years at management experience
  • Prior HR management experience and regional coverage gained with property developer / property management companies and/ or hospitality sectors a plus
  • Familiar with HK and regional labour laws, regulations, policies, labour disputes and employee litigation
