Principal responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Cash FX business growth strategies and activities, deliver sustainable growth in turnover and expand active Cash FX customer base
• Actively interact with various stakeholders, including Sales and Distribution and digital channels to establish rapport and ensure efficient execution of business activities
• Develop insightful analytics and customer / product MIs to understand customer behavior, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management
• Manage change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and improve customer journey
• Collaborate with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive the Bank’s deposits growth, enhance deposit and banking services, and create incremental revenue to the business
• Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
• Minimum five years’ experience in Cash FX/investment product/digital product development within retail Banking
• Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
