Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales
• Handle & execute dealing orders
• Providing support in the aspects of customer relationship management, system operation, clerical and information preparation, transaction execution, filing and back-end support
• Making appointments with customers, handling customers’ transaction instructions and post-sales follow-ups
• Handle the phone calls and reply the enquiries from customers

Requirements:

• Qualifications in HKSI / HKMA / SFC
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
